- Distribute modified, repackaged, or infected copies of the software.
- Incorporate the software into automated systems that carry safety risks (e.g., medical devices, industrial controls).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer (Abhaya Kumar Sahoo) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to loss of data, system downtime, account suspensions, or game bans.
